Cockeyed's eccentric pilgrimage into film continues...

From left to right: producers Susan Cartsonis and Jody Hotchkiss,
screenwriter Ryan Knighton, and director Jodie Foster

Knighton adapted his memoir into a screenplay at the Sundance Screenwriter's Lab, which he attended as the Alfred P. Sloan Fellow.

The screenplay subsequently earned him a screenwriting award from the Tribeca Film Institute and the Sloan Foundation.

Jodie Foster is attached to direct.

Stay tuned for more announcements.

As Slow As Possible, or ASAP if you're into irony, is available on DVD!

Check out Scott Smith's acclaimed documentary about Knighton's wayward journey to participate in the longest, slowest song ever performed. Don't be fooled by the title. Follow Knighton's zippy trip into the world of John Cage, talking bears and whatever truly lies behind the Berlin Wall. Oh, and into a song that is the largest monument to hope and chance that a blind man can find.
